Position: Part-Time Accounting Support
Salary Information: £13.33 per hour
Job Overview:
HSB Technical Ltd. is a specialist recruiter within the Power & Propulsion, Shipbuilding, Shipping & Energy and Aerospace sectors.
We have a number of permanent and contract vacancies for multiple businesses across the UK and overseas.
The Accounts Administrator role is a part-time position that involves working closely with the accounts team to provide assistance with various tasks.
The successful candidate will work with the accounts team to consolidate weekly payroll hours, update wages journals, and input supplier invoices onto Sage50 software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly payroll hours consolidation and emailing to our pay roller
- Updating wages journals and Pension contributions
- Inputting supplier invoices onto Sage50
- Paying weekly wages on to the bank
- Paying proforma invoices and expense claims when needed
Requirements:
- 2 years accountancy/bookkeeping experience
- Sage50 software experience
- AAT or relevant bookkeeping certification
- Ability to use Excel, Word, Microsoft Office
- Must be able to make it to site in Cremyll, Torpoint
