About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to work closely with our accounts team at HSB Technical.

Key Tasks:
  1. Consolidate and email weekly payroll hours to our payroller
  2. Update wages journals and Pension contributions
  3. Process supplier invoices onto Sage50
  4. Pay weekly wages into the bank
  5. Pay proforma invoices and expense claims as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in accountancy or bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with Sage50 software
  • AAT or equivalent bookkeeping certification
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
  • Able to travel to Cremyll, Torpoint

Annual Salary: £57,796 (based on 35 hours per week at £14.19ph)
