Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Location: Torpoint, Cornwall

Estimated Salary: £52,064 - £62,880 per annum (based on 35 hours per week at £13.33ph)

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with the accounts team to provide assistance with various tasks, including weekly payroll hours and consolidating and emailing to our pay roller.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Weekly payroll hours, consolidating and emailing to our pay roller
  2. Updating wages journals and Pension contributions
  3. Input supplier invoices onto Sage50
  4. Paying weekly wages on to the bank
  5. Paying proforma invoices and expense claims when needed

Requirements:

  • 2 years accountancy/bookkeeping experience
  • Sage50 software experience
  • AAT or relevant bookkeeping certification
  • Ability to use Excel, Word, Microsoft Office
  • Reliable transportation to site in Cremyll
