About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Shaftesbury West. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centred care and support to adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, enabling them to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and encouragement to individuals, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
- Maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements.
- Administer personal care and medication as needed.
- Cover sleep-in sessions, with the opportunity to earn an additional £60 per sleep-in.
