About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Dräger. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unpack, check, and put away inbound deliveries, and inform recipients via our booking in system.
  • Book in items for repair, and verify that all relevant accompanying forms are completed and accurate.
  • Log errors on incoming goods in the relevant system.
  • Conduct weekly fire alarm tests and log the outcome with our Facilities team.
  • Prepare and dispatch items according to our internal processes.
  • Ensure that all outgoing items have complete and accurate paperwork, including export and dangerous goods documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Undergo necessary training to fulfill all duties.
  • Manage local waste stored in the warehouse in accordance with regulations.
  • This is a part-time role, and you will be required to work different hours during periods of team absence. Additional hours will be reimbursed at the standard rate.
  • Maintain an overview of pool cars in case of team absence.
  • Undertake any other duties and projects to meet personal, team, and organizational objectives.

Education/Qualifications

  • Secondary Education level or equivalent commercial experience.

Related Experience

  • SAP (desirable)
  • Dangerous goods awareness for road, air, and sea transport (desirable)
