Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, trial, and roll out solutions to drive efficiencies and industry-leading practices.

  • Work with rotational line managers and development partners to achieve programme goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest and motivation to start and develop a career within the logistics/supply chain industry.
  • Desire to be an effective business leader and to lead teams of people through day-to-day business and exciting change projects.
  • Strong analytical and data handling skills.
  • Excellent Emotional Intelligence and understanding of its importance in the role of a leader.
  • Fluent in English.
