Logistics and Supply Chain Role

This apprenticeship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management, working towards a BSc (Hons) in Professional Practice in Supply Chain Leadership.

You will play a key role in the delivery of spare parts to internal and external customers, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and work closely with our 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) partners and Global Supply Chain team to maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the spare parts delivery process to ensure internal and external customers receive orders on time
  • Collaborate with our 3PL and Global Supply Chain teams to maintain high customer service standards
  • Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems
  • Help ensure compliance with export regulations and logistics standards
  • Participate in a 42-month structured apprenticeship program
  • Engage in on-the-job learning and mentorship from industry experts
  • Earn a BSc (Hons) Professional Practice in Supply Chain Leadership
  • Gain in-depth experience in various supply chain functions
  • Potential for future employment with the company upon successful completion
Requirements
  • You must be 18 years old before July 2024. The position is subject to satisfactory background checks and/or National Security Vetting
  • Level 2 qualifications in GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for logistics, supply chain management, and delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a fast-paced work environment
