NTT GDC is seeking a talented Senior Director - Global Supply Chain (m/f/d) to lead our global supply chain efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global supply chain strategy, aligning with our business objectives and ensuring the efficient delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy that supports company goals and optimizes costs, quality, and timelines.
  • Lead and manage a global team responsible for supply chain management of construction services and equipment for Data Center projects.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs, improve quality, and ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including potential disruptions, supplier issues, and market fluctuations.
  • Lead post-project reviews to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive demonstrated procurement and supply chain management experience (preferably in a management role).
  • Knowledge in best practice procurement processes, negotiating terms and pricing, cost reduction, supplier qualifications, vendor selections, and logistics.
  • Overall expertise in Data Center construction.
  • Superior communication and analytical skills to prepare product demand forecasts and inventory management.
