Supply & Stock Coordinator Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for supply chain management? We are seeking a highly skilled Supply & Stock Coordinator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment in Hemel Hempstead.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £25,000 to £31,000 depending on experience. As a Supply & Stock Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing stock shortages, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stock levels and optimize inventory management processes
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Supply Planning, and other functions to ensure seamless communication
  • Develop and implement effective stock allocation rules for Sales Orders & Purchase Orders
  • Manage product lifecycle phase out/in and ensure compliance with company Corporate Standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our diverse customer base
  • Ensure internal stakeholders' activities are driven by customer priorities
Requirements
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service, supply chain, or logistics role
  • Understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • MS Office knowledge
  • SAP knowledge (or similar ERP systems) is strongly desired
