Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for supply chain management? We are seeking a highly skilled Supply & Stock Coordinator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment in Hemel Hempstead.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience. As a Supply & Stock Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing stock shortages, collaborating with front office and supply planning teams, and ensuring internal stakeholders' activities are driven by customer priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage stock shortages and out-of-stock allocation rules for sales orders and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with front office, supply planning, and other functions to ensure seamless operations.
- Take responsibility for product lifecycle phase out/in and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our diverse customer base.
- Ensure internal stakeholders' activities are driven by customer priorities.
- A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service, supply chain, or logistics role.
- Understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
- MS Office knowledge.
- SAP knowledge (or similar ERP systems) is strongly desired.
