About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Amazon Account Manager to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our Amazon team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a dynamic team, while also being the first point of contact for multiple key clients on our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Ecosystem Expertise: You will have ownership of all Amazon-related tasks for each client account, including hands-on activity and delegation of tasks to subordinates.
  • Client Partnership: You will work in full partnership with clients to develop and deliver their Amazon strategy, utilizing your expertise in the Amazon Channel.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You will analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for clients and make informed decisions to drive commercial growth.
  • Leadership and Coaching: You will lead and coach a team of Amazon professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: You will communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver news and messages that may not always be well-received.

Requirements:

  • Amazon Experience: You will have experience navigating both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, with a preference for Vendor Central.
  • Numerical Wizardry: You will have exceptional skills in handling large amounts of data and making informed decisions.
  • Superb Communication: You will have superb communication skills at all levels, with the ability to hold multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Proactive Leadership: You will be a self-starting individual with the ability to find work proactively for yourself and the wider team to create and optimize commercial opportunities.
  • Digital Ecosystem Experience: You will have experience with Amazon marketing, digital marketing, and ecommerce, and understand how they impact a brand's digital ecosystem and performance.
