Senior Amazon Account Manager
- Salary Range: £40-50k depending on experience
- Location: Surrey/ Hampshire Border
- Working Model: Hybrid 3 days a week in office
Are you ready to join an absolute success story in the ecommerce space? Our client is on a thrilling journey of rapid growth and innovation looking to double headcount in the next 12 months based on phenomenal results and demand for their services. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting venture, driving success for key accounts and leading a dynamic team.
The Senior Account Manager will be a strategic pillar in the business, who'll be responsible for both leading and coaching team members, and also being the first port of call for multiple key clients on the business' portfolio.
This role will take an all encompassing view of the Amazon ecosystem, having ownership of all Amazon related tasks for each client account through hands on activity and delegation of tasks to subordinates. You'll be the champion of all things client related and work in full partnership on their strategy development and delivery through the Amazon Channel.
This fantastic business really pride themselves on going above and beyond the call of duty on behalf of their clients, with the ability to utilise and analyse large data sets to give a data first perspective of where the opportunities are for their clients.
Essential Skills:
- Amazon Experience: Ideally we are looking for someone who can navigate both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central with ease - if not been operating both models, then Vendor is the preferred.
- Numerical Wizardry: Due to the data first nature of the business and the brand, we're looking for someone with exceptional skill in handling large amounts of data and making informed decisions - ideally someone who comes to the party expressing their love for data ;)
- Superb Communication at all levels: Based on the level of the role, you'll be exposed to multiple stakeholders both internally and externally and will need to hold multiple conversations simultaneously - sometimes delivering news and messages not everyone loves to hear.
- Proactive Leadership: Constantly leading by example. As a key leader in the business the role will require a self-starting mentality and ability to find work proactively both for themselves and the wider team to create and optimise commercial opportunities across the business.
- Full Digital Ecosystem experience and/ or understanding: Understanding Amazon marketing, and digital marketing and ecommerce away from Amazon and how they all impact a brands digital ecosystem and performance.
Benefits:
- Leadership Opportunity: Lead and expand a pivotal division in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
- Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a start-up culture that values innovation, learning, and teamwork.
- Defined Values: A real opportunity to be part of a business that takes pride in their forward thinking values and uses them to shape their decision making and daily tasks.
- Flexibility: Enjoy flexible hours and summer hours to balance work and life.
- Competitive Rewards: Attractive salary and generous performance bonus structure, commission opportunities for upselling and creating new commercial opportunities for the business.
- Collaborative Culture: Be part of a passionate team dedicated to mastering Amazon and driving e-commerce success.
We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all employees and job applicants. In line with the Equality Act 2010, we strive to create and maintain a working environment free from discrimination or harassment, where all decisions are based on merit.
