About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled End Point Assessment Specialist to join our team. As an independent assessor, you will be responsible for assessing the performance of candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of Community Health and Wellbeing, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively respond to conflicts.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the performance of candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria
  • Maintaining service-level agreements with regards to responding to EPA planning, operational activities, reports, and submissions of assessment outcomes
  • Reporting all risks and issues encountered during the end-point assessment to Pearson, including any suspected malpractice/maladministration

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the end-point assessment in-line with the EPA plan
  • Complying with the IQA requirements of the EPA
  • Having no direct connection or conflict of interest with the apprentice, their employer, or training provider

Additionally, it is desirable that you have experience of marking or grading judgements and knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice.
