Independent End-Point Assessor

We are seeking an experienced End-Point Assessor to join our team at Pearson. As an independent assessor, you will be responsible for evaluating the skills and knowledge of apprentices in Supply Chain Practitioner (Fast moving consumer goods FMCG) Level 3 End Point Assessments.
This is a rewarding role that requires strong relationship building, influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills. You must be occupationally competent, hold an industry qualification at level 5 or above, be a qualified assessor, and have relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Practitioner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and respond to individual needs and circumstances of employers/apprentices. You should also have sufficient technical knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, industry structure and processes, relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, and systems, tools, equipment, machinery, and processes used within relevant roles.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. You must have personal IT equipment, a suitable broadband connection, microphone, headphones, and webcam, as well as a personal and secure email account.
