Sales Leadership and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Leader to manage our store in Belfast, leading our team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to take charge of our store, creating and executing business plans to drive sales and growth. As Sales Leadership and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing our team, implementing effective sales strategies, and managing inventory and facilities.
You will have total accountability for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
Requirements- Proven retail management experience with a track record of achieving sales and customer service targets
- Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software and proficient in Microsoft Office
