**Transforming the Transport Industry with Digital Solutions**

At DigiHaul, we're revolutionizing the transport industry with cutting-edge digital solutions. As a Technology Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our platform's future.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, configuration, and expertise of site infrastructure to adhere to security standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to DigiHaul platform enhancement, suggesting value-add features, account configuration, and roadmap development.
  • Manage the performance of key external vendors against defined standards and SLAs.
  • Ensure appropriate Health & Safety knowledge and procedures are adhered to for the Technology department and any provisioned equipment.
  • Maintain IT documentation for training and testing purposes.
  • Manage continual process improvement for the Technology department, suggesting and implementing value-added services.

**Requirements:**

  • Logistics/Freight industry experience (desirable)
  • Keen interest in application of business technology in a start-up environment
  • Technical knowledge (Network/OS/Web Applications/Cloud services)
  • Planning and organisational skills
