Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and monitor the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned to exacting standards.
  • Train and coach staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Schedule work to be done daily and collect room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas.
  • Monitor each Room Attendant's daily progress and inspect completed rooms to ensure that all standards have been met.
  • Coordinate work orders in assigned sections and follow up to ensure that work is completed.
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Room Attendant, and House Porter.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Housekeeping is required, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
