We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic team at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. Our deeply instilled Four Seasons culture is personified by our employees, who share a single focus and are inspired to offer great service.

The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is an intimate 5-star retreat steeped in history and set in picturesque countryside surroundings. The hotel features 133 bedrooms, a varied selection of restaurants, and an award-winning spa. Our Housekeeping Supervisors are responsible for directing a section of the Housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.
  • Train and coach the staff to meet high standards.
  • Schedule work to be done daily, collect room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas.
  • Monitor each Room Attendant's daily progress and inspect completed rooms to ensure that all standards have been met.
  • Coordinate work orders in assigned sections and follow up to ensure work is completed.
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Room Attendant, and House Porters.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Previous experience in Housekeeping is required, supervisory experience is preferred.
