About the Role
  • You will lead and support cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects that meet client objectives.
  • As a strategic advisor, you will provide guidance on project approaches, establish success criteria, and plan for quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.
  • Your expertise will ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are established and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will monitor and apply performance management techniques, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive project excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and coordination
  • Client interfacing and stakeholder management
  • Financial management and invoicing
  • Knowledge management and documentation
  • Staff management and development (where applicable)

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably within the digital/data centres environment
  • Professionally qualified in a relevant field (construction, project management, engineering, or architecture)
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of main project management concepts, tools, and techniques
  • Strong understanding of the total project life cycle
  • Design, management, or construction experience within the general construction environment (residential, office, fit-outs, and health & education)

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
