Job Overview:
ISQ Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This hybrid role focuses on new business development, targeting clients outside of the recruitment industry to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across industrial, white-collar, and blue-collar roles.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in new business development, ideally within the recruitment industry, or a strong sales background in other sectors. Familiarity with recruitment for industrial, white-collar, or blue-collar roles is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new clients in sectors outside the recruitment industry, such as industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, FMCG.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a structured sales plan to generate new business and exceed targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and manage relationships with prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing bespoke recruitment solutions.
  • Market Research: Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and create a competitive edge.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate records of leads and sales activities to maintain an organised sales pipeline.
