Recruitment Business Developer

H&P Executive Search is a leading executive search firm collaborating with international firms across the UK and mainland Europe. We move top deal makers across the industry, achieving some of the largest average deal sizes.
This role presents a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to our success. As a Head-hunter Executive, you will gain exposure to the full headhunting lifecycle and become responsible for managing relationships and developing profit streams.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £85,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract and build relationships with candidates.
- Business development across existing client relationships and new self-nurtured relationships.
- Negotiation and complex end-to-end deal management as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Liaise and strategize with high-end blue-chip clientele, advising them on best business practice and procedure.
- Create detailed market maps to use for deep market penetration and coverage.
- Participate in presentations, client pitches, and face-to-face candidate interviews.
What we are looking for:
- 2:1 or above at Bachelor's level.
- Time management, efficiency, and exceptional work ethic.
- Strong communicative ability with an aptitude for sales processes.
- Sales/Business development/Marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Money motivated, ambitious, and commercially aware.
- Progressive and career-minded.
