- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close profitable deals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably for the recruitment/staffing industry.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Estimated Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum (commission-only basis).
