About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at Halfords. As a Designate Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our local centres and leading in-centre teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for driving business performance, managing P&L, and optimizing profit. You will also be expected to meet compliance standards across Health and Safety, manage high sales turnover, and achieve KPIs.

As a Centre Manager, you will have the opportunity to progress your career and access hybrid training, ATA, and MOT Tester Qualifications. You will also be part of a dynamic team that is rapidly growing our business with a focus on motoring services and electric mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead in-centre teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive business performance and manage P&L
  • Meet compliance standards across Health and Safety
  • Manage high sales turnover and achieve KPIs
