Job Title: Delivery Centre Support Worker
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of Lancashire's most amazing children, young people, and their families. As a Delivery Centre Support Worker, you will be the first point of contact for children, young people, and families who contact or access our Family Hubs and centres.
You will work with multi-agency partners and the Neighbourhood and Community team to set up rooms for meetings and courses. You will also be responsible for ensuring our buildings offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere and are well maintained.
As a Delivery Centre Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across various centres with the district and be part of the wider Children and Family Wellbeing Team and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for children, young people, and families accessing Family Hubs and centres
- Manage room bookings, group work referrals, and waiting lists
- Ensure buildings offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere and are well maintained
- Work with multi-agency partners and Neighbourhood and Community team to set up rooms for meetings and courses
Requirements:
- Good level of IT knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office and Early Help Management Information system
- Enthusiastic and welcoming approach
- Ability to work across various centres with the district
