Project Coordinator - New Hospital Programme

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects by supporting the Project Manager in the execution of projects/programmes across the organisation's business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise key project meetings, engagement, and workshop sessions, booking venues, sending invites, and taking minutes.
  • Manage the end-to-end procedures relating to all aspects of the project life cycle.
  • Support the team to ensure the timely capture of lessons learned throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements
