Stonegate Group is seeking a Digital Projects Coordinator to support the Digital Marketing Manager in the administration and coordination of digital marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming digital briefs, maintaining the digital briefing process, and collaborating with the Design Studio to execute digital plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital briefs and ensure clarity and completeness for ease of execution
  • Develop digital plans for the Digital team and facilitate communication regarding any inquiries or issues related to the digital plan
  • Coordinate with the Design Studio for the timely completion of digital assets and ensure seamless sharing with the Digital team
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to implement and execute projects aimed at enhancing Stonegate's internal and external digital initiatives
  • Assist in monitoring project timelines and milestones
  • Support in gathering and organising project-related data and documentation

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Project management experience and knowledge of Trello
