Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Youth Wellbeing and Family Support Professional to join our team in East Surrey. As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in improving the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people, and their families through early intervention and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver and evaluate early interventions, providing 1:1 advice, support, and signposting at community-based locations, as well as over the phone and online. You will work collaboratively with local organizations, including Surrey Children's Services, CAMHS/CYPS teams, and schools, to ensure a comprehensive service.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working with children, young people, and their families, both individually and in group settings. Strong facilitation skills, a commitment to co-production, and a warm, approachable demeanor are essential. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, based on experience.
