About the Role:

Our client, a vibrant Surrey-based charity, is seeking a dynamic Wellbeing Coordinator to provide personalized early intervention to children, young people, and their families in East Surrey. This role aims to improve mental health and wellbeing by addressing needs, strengths, and goals.

The successful candidate will deliver and assist with the evaluation of early interventions, providing tailored 1:1 advice, support, and signposting at community-based locations, as well as over the phone and online. They will work in partnership with various organizations, including Surrey Children's Services, local CAMHS/CYPS teams, and schools, to provide an effective service.

To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrable experience working with children, young people, and their families, both 1:1 and in group settings. You should be able to facilitate or learn to facilitate group work and have a strong commitment to co-production. A warm and approachable manner, along with a passion for delivering high-quality support services, is essential.

This position requires regular travel to community-based locations across East Surrey. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
