**Role Description**

We are seeking an Early Intervention Support Coordinator to join our team at Prospectus-4. In this role, you will work with children, young people, and their families to improve their mental health and wellbeing by addressing their needs, strengths, and goals.

As an Early Intervention Support Coordinator, you will provide 1:1 advice, support, and signposting at community-based locations across East Surrey, as well as over the phone and online. You will work in partnership with various organisations, including Surrey Children's Services, local CAMHS/CYPS teams, and schools, to provide the most effective service for children, young people, and families.

The estimated salary for this role is £34,000 - £39,000 per annum, depending on experience. To apply for this role, you must have demonstrable experience of working with children, young people, and their families, both 1:1 and in group settings.
