About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Manager to join our team at Magnet. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong sales acumen and lead by example, inspiring your team to achieve exceptional sales results.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional and exceeds their expectations.
- Business Acumen: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve profitability.
Requirements:
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Business Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
