About the Role:

  • Business Acumen: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve profitability.

Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
