Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Work closely with clients and the consultancy team to ensure tasks and support projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with multiple customers and systems, including Business Central and Dynamics NAV.
- Support the integration of third-party software within Business Central and Dynamics NAV.
- Produce high-quality documentation for the knowledge base, including scripted solutions for resolvable incidents.
- Previous software support experience is highly desirable.
- ERP/Accounts experience is preferable but not essential.
- A working knowledge of SQL/Database is preferable.
- Experience in working with BI products such as JET is desirable.
- A strong understanding of operating systems and databases is essential.
