About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Opus Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' Business Central systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with clients and the consultancy team to ensure tasks and support projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with multiple customers and systems, including Business Central and Dynamics NAV.
  • Support the integration of third-party software within Business Central and Dynamics NAV.
  • Produce high-quality documentation for the knowledge base, including scripted solutions for resolvable incidents.
Requirements
  • Previous software support experience is highly desirable.
  • ERP/Accounts experience is preferable but not essential.
  • A working knowledge of SQL/Database is preferable.
  • Experience in working with BI products such as JET is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of operating systems and databases is essential.
