Food Propositions Manager

Rise Resourcing is seeking an experienced Food Propositions Manager to lead the development and launch of new food-to-go products that meet the evolving tastes and needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the food partnerships offered for the food-to-go propositions.
  2. Collaborate with key partner brands to drive innovation and growth in the food-to-go category.
  3. Ensure all products align with the brand values and deliver exceptional quality.
  4. Monitor market trends and consumer behaviors to identify new opportunities for growth.
  5. Review and analyze product performance to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in buying/category management within the fast-moving food service/convenience/food-to-go/FMCG environment.
  2. Passion for food with a creative mindset.
  3. Excellent understanding of MS Office products.
