Executive Assistant and Event Planner

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Event Planner. This role will involve providing high-level administrative support to our executives, coordinating events, and developing internal communication strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Plan and execute a range of events, including conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.
Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring that all details are taken care of, from venue selection to catering and audiovisual equipment.
Develop and implement internal communication strategies, creating engaging content for newsletters, memos, and announcements.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors to optimise cost-effectiveness.

RequirementsProven experience as an executive assistant, events coordinator, or in a similar role.

The estimated salary for this position is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
