Care Home Event Planner Job Description

Bupa Global is looking for an experienced Care Home Event Planner to lead the development and implementation of innovative and engaging activities for our residents.

As a Care Home Event Planner, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a range of events and activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This may include arranging days out, booking performers, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth event execution.

You will work closely with our care teams to identify resident needs and preferences, and develop tailored activity plans that promote social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a creative approach to event planning, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and supporting our social media channels as required.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
