Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Gallery Event Planner to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing events from start to finish, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. You will work closely with the Director of Events and other stakeholders to create and define event briefs, propose and implement centralised events tracking systems, and oversee the management of all aspects of each event.

About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, managing high-profile events that showcase the best of contemporary art. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning and delivery, including venue selection, vendor engagement, guest list management, and budget control. You will also work closely with the team to deliver on administrative and operational aspects of event planning and delivery.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent project management skills, experience of managing multiple stakeholders, and a strong analytical approach to planning and project management. You will also need to have excellent IT skills, including significant experience of MS Office (particularly Excel), Mailchimp, and CRM systems.
