We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Support Specialist to join our team at Nacro. As a key member of our Community Accommodation Support service, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver person-centred support plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide weekly support sessions to residents, working with them to achieve their objectives and aspirations.
- Manage a caseload of residents and properties, ensuring that all support plans and risk assessments are up-to-date and effective.
- Collaborate with partner agencies, such as the Probation and Prison Services, Courts, and Police, to ensure seamless support for residents.
- Ensure that properties are adequately equipped, maintained, furnished, and clean, empowering residents to identify and achieve desired outcomes.
