We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Support Specialist to join our team at Nacro. As a key member of our Community Accommodation Support service, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver person-centred support plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide weekly support sessions to residents, working with them to achieve their objectives and aspirations.
  • Manage a caseload of residents and properties, ensuring that all support plans and risk assessments are up-to-date and effective.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies, such as the Probation and Prison Services, Courts, and Police, to ensure seamless support for residents.
  • Ensure that properties are adequately equipped, maintained, furnished, and clean, empowering residents to identify and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Flexibility to travel within your allocated area for training and team meetings, and be flexible to cover other local patches as required.
  • Familiarity with computer-based packages and ability to maintain accurate records.
