Site Operations Manager

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing direct labour and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, practices, and protocols.
About the Role:We are looking for a Site Supervisor who can ensure all contract work is compliant, meets client KPI requirements, and aligns with internal targets to deliver excellent service within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services, with excellent communication skills to interact with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate operations and manage direct labour and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, practices, and protocols
- Manage and maintain accurate records of work completed
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- IT literate
- Demonstrated experience and sound knowledge in delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers
- Valid CSR card
- Full driving license
- Experience in the social housing sector
- Previous experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role
- Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability
- Effective time management to meet deadlines
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of operating costs and productivity levels
- Knowledge of construction and team member skills
