Site Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing direct labour and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, practices, and protocols.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services, with strong communication skills to interact with customers. You will be responsible for ensuring all contract work is compliant, meets client KPI requirements, and aligns with internal targets to deliver excellent service within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operations and manage direct labour and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, practices, and protocols
- Deliver minor building and maintenance joinery services
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
- Develop and implement effective plans to meet client KPI requirements
Requirements:
- IT literate
- Demonstrated experience and sound knowledge in delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers
- Valid CSR card
- Full driving license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the social housing sector
- Previous experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role
Competencies:

- Effective time management to meet deadlines
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of operating costs and productivity levels
- Knowledge of construction and team member skills
