About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing direct labour and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, practices, and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage site operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects
  • Manage and supervise direct labour and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
  • Ensure all contract work is compliant, meets client KPI requirements, and aligns with internal targets to deliver excellent service within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements
  • IT literate
  • Demonstrated experience and sound knowledge in delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers
  • Valid CSR card
  • Full driving license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the social housing sector
  • Previous experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role
