Site Operations Manager

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing direct labour and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, practices, and protocols.
About the Role:As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all contract work is compliant, meets client KPI requirements, and aligns with internal targets to deliver excellent service within budget. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate operations and manage direct labour and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, practices, and protocols
- Ensure all contract work is compliant and meets client KPI requirements
- Work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- IT literate
- Demonstrated experience and sound knowledge in delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers
- Valid CSR card
- Full driving license
- Experience in the social housing sector
- Previous experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role
- Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability
- Effective time management to meet deadlines
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of operating costs and productivity levels
- Knowledge of construction and team member skills
