We're looking for a skilled Mechanic and Workshop Assistant to help us maintain our high standards. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

As a successful candidate, you should have strong technical knowledge, ideally backed by Cytec level 2 certification or equivalent experience. If not, don't worry - we offer comprehensive training to support your growth.

Your primary duties will involve:

  1. Inspecting, servicing, and repairing bicycles to exacting standards
  2. Crafting and testing new bikes for sale or display
  3. Preserving a tidy workspace that promotes efficiency and safety
  4. Lending a hand with sales, stock management, and general shop duties

Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary package of £26-30K annually.
