Job Title: Appointment Planner

Greenbean is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Appointment Planner to join their team in Newcastle.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including a yearly bonus and paid quarterly based on performance targets.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently and effectively;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients;
  • Anticipating and resolving issues before they become problems.

As an Appointment Planner, you will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. You will also possess a proactive approach, being able to anticipate and resolve issues before they become problems.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is estimated based on industry standards and the location of the job.
