We are seeking a skilled Senior Mineral Assets Manager to join our successful mineral estates team.

The role offers a challenging and varied workload with travel required throughout the UK. We are looking to make the key appointment to deliver high quality, expert advice to our existing clients and to continue the expansion of our business.

To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • A first degree in a relevant field such as Mineral Surveying, Estates Management, Mineral Planning, Geology or similar.
  • Excellent working knowledge of mineral development and relevant property issues from a background either in industry or consultancy.
  • Experience of producing heads of terms for leases, mineral planning and development work, management of mineral assets and ideally valuation work.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Good business and commercial awareness.
  • A full UK driving license.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexibility to work full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time hours and hybrid home/office working.
