Your Role
As an Empowering Support Specialist, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care that truly changes lives. You will work closely with our team to understand the needs of the individuals we support and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help individuals engage in meaningful opportunities and activities, empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
- Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, considering their unique communication needs.
- Work across various shift patterns, including early, late, weekend, or night shifts, to ensure comprehensive coverage.
