Your Role:

As a Lead Autism Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients, empowering them to reach their full potential. You will work collaboratively with our teams to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the tailored support they need.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality support and guidance to autistic individuals, promoting independence and confidence

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and carers

* Work collaboratively with our teams to design and deliver effective support plans

* Identify and address any emerging issues or concerns, escalating as necessary
