About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Marshall to join our team at Gravity Active Entertainment in Norwich. As a Marshall, you will be responsible for providing an amazing entertainment experience for our customers, ensuring their safety and cleanliness standards are met, and securing the safety of customers and other members of staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the park or at each activity.
  • Ensure that all customers participating in activities have a valid waiver, wristband (if applicable), are wearing branded trampoline socks and have no loose jewellery.
  • Make sure all customers watch the relevant safety briefings for each activity and, if bouncing, ensure customers also complete the full warm up.
  • Coordinate the clearing of the activities of customers whose time has elapsed
  • Ensure that all equipment and safety items are functioning properly on all activities and ensure that all walls, harnesses, and safety items are functioning properly.
  • Be compliant of all the relevant opening and closing checks.
