We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marshall to join our team at Gravity Active Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
  • Ensure all customers participate in safety briefings and follow safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate the clearing of activities and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Be compliant with opening and closing checks.
