As a Marshall, you will be responsible for providing a friendly and enthusiastic service, creating an amazing entertainment experience for all our customers. You will ensure the safety and cleanliness standards are met and secure the safety of customers and other members of staff. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting and assisting customers upon their arrival at the park or at each activity.
  • Ensuring that all customers participating in activities have a valid waiver, wristband (if applicable), are wearing branded trampoline socks and have no loose jewellery.
  • Making sure all customers watch the relevant safety briefings for each activity and, if bouncing, ensure customers also complete the full warm up.
  • Coordinating the clearing of the activities of customers whose time has elapsed.
  • Ensuring that all equipment and safety items are functioning properly on all activities and ensure that all walls, harnesses, and safety items are functioning properly.
  • Being compliant of all the relevant opening and closing checks.
