Job Summary
The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Liverpool. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of requested actions, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to maintain a deep understanding of the business area, identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- Manage high volumes of interview requests and compliance checks, meeting agreed turnaround times.
- Liaise with Resourcing Partners and HR to stay informed on vacancy progress, providing updates to the business as needed.
- Organize and facilitate vacancy briefings with suppliers, completing relevant documentation and circulating minutes.
- Obtain interview notes and provide feedback to recruitment agencies, candidates, and hiring managers.
Requirements
- Proven administration experience, with a track record of organizing calendars and arranging meetings.
- Experience working in a large, complex organization, preferably in professional services or finance.
- Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Independent problem solver with a proactive approach, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
