About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our award-winning onsite team as an Account Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing our temporary workforce to meet client requirements and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate temporary workers to fulfill client needs
  • Create and maintain a pool of candidates suitable for client requirements
  • Recruit, select, and onboard workers
  • Contribute to a candidate-focused culture, ensuring a 'right fit' and maintaining good communication
  • Manage administration processes, including absences and holiday requests
  • Accurately input and verify data for weekly payroll
  • Provide a 24/7 on-call service to meet client requirements, with a rota system in place for fairness
